Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit tlifecoin.com (the "website"), which is operated by the T-Life Coin project ("we", "us"). It is written in plain language on purpose.

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you across the internet. We only hold information you deliberately send us, such as an email. Your browser does contact Google's servers to load the fonts and one script the site uses.

What we collect

Information you send us

If you contact us through the form on our contacts page, by email, or through our Telegram channel, we receive whatever you choose to send: usually your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for marketing.

Server logs

Like almost every website, the server that delivers our pages keeps automatic technical records. These typically include your IP address, the type of browser and device you use, which page you requested, and the date and time. This is standard hosting behaviour, used to keep the site running and to investigate faults or abuse.

Blockchain activity

T-Life Coin is a token on a public blockchain. Any transaction you make with the token is recorded on that blockchain by the network itself, permanently and publicly. That record is not created by us, is not under our control, and cannot be edited or deleted by us or by you. Anything you do on-chain is visible to anyone.

What we do not do

  • We set no cookies of our own. Nothing is stored on your device by this website.
  • We run no analytics — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no heatmaps, no visitor recording.
  • We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not track you across other websites.
  • We never ask for, and must never be sent, your wallet seed phrase, private keys, or passwords. Anyone claiming to be us and asking for those is trying to steal from you.

Third-party services the site loads

Some parts of the page are fetched from other companies' servers. When your browser fetches them, that company can see your IP address and basic browser information. We do not control what they do with it.

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — supplies the typeface used across the site.
  • Google Hosted Libraries (ajax.googleapis.com) — supplies jQuery, a script the site's menus rely on.

If you would rather your visitors' browsers never contacted Google, these files can be hosted on our own server instead. Contact us if that matters to you.

Our pages link to outside websites, including exchanges, blockchain protocols, and our Telegram channel. Once you follow such a link you are on someone else's website, governed by their privacy policy, not this one. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

How long we keep things

Messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and afterwards only where we have a legitimate reason, such as a record of an unresolved dispute. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider, typically a few weeks to a few months. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

  • tell you what information about you we hold;
  • give you a copy of it;
  • correct it if it is wrong;
  • delete it;
  • stop using it for a particular purpose.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and at no charge. Please note the blockchain exception described above: on-chain records cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no website or email system is completely secure. Please do not send us anything highly sensitive by email.

Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
